The newfound interest in soccer in the U.S.has served the ex-pats and locals well, as it seems that cable and satellite operators are keen to secure broadcast rights for games around the globe.

On this front there is some more good news for fans and bar owners alike, as the 2004-05 season will bring the FA Cup, England internationals, and extra Premiership games to basic cable subscribers courtesy of Fox Sports World.
